Council Member Reinert introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 41 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF <br />EASEMENTS IN D. ERICKSON'S SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />D. Erickson's Second Addition is an approved <br />subdivision within the City of Lino Lakes; and <br />A surveying error lead to construction of a <br />dwelling too close to the property line between <br />Lots 12 and 13 of Block 3 of the additions; and <br />WHEREAS: A minor subdivision has been approved to add area <br />to Lot 12, correcting the setback. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />That a public hearing be set for Monday, August 27, 1990 at <br />7:30 P.M. to consider vacating unneeded easements on Lot 12 <br />and Lot 13, Block 3 of D. Erickson's Second Addition. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of July, <br />1990. <br />Harold L. Biel, Mayor <br />Mar' yn a Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Bohianen and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Neal, Kuether, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None <br />Whereas the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
