Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 44 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT - MINNESOTA CORRECTIONAL <br />FACILITY <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted July <br />9, 1990, a report has been prepared by TKDA with <br />reference to the improvement, and this report was <br />received by the Council on July 23, 1990, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted July 9, 1990. <br />2. Darrell Schneider of TKDA is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of July, <br />1990. <br />Harold L. Bisel, Mayor <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Reinert and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, <br />Kuether, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
