Bisel, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Bohjanen and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Neal, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member <br />Kuether was absent during the voting. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
