Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 55 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON THE <br />CHOMONIX GRAVITY TRUNK SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on <br />May 29, 1990 with reference to the Chomonix Gravity <br />Trunk Sewer Improvement and this report was <br />received by the Council on August 13, 1990, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of the <br />Chomonix Gravity Trunk Sewer in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of benefited property for all <br />or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino <br />Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $1,148,880.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 24th day of September, 1990 in the <br />council chambers of the city hall at 7:15 P.M. and the <br />Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvements as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Counci <br />August, 1990. <br />this 13th day of <br />Harold L.
