Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 61 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOTS 12 AND 13, <br />BLOCK 3, D. ERICKSON'S SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />A survey error lead to construction of a dwelling <br />too close to the property line between Lots 12 and <br />13, Block 3, D. Erickson's Second Addition; and <br />A minor subdivision has been approved to add area <br />to Lot 12, correcting the setback, and <br />It appears that it will be for the best interest of <br />the City and the current owners of Lots 12 and 13, <br />Block 3, D. Erickson's Second Addition to vacate <br />the current easements, and <br />New easements are being dedicated to the City on <br />the revised lot lines between Lots 12 and 13, Block <br />3, D. Erickson's Second Addition, and <br />WHEREAS: four fifths of all the members of the Council <br />concur in this resolution, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the current easements as <br />shown on the attached map is hereby vacated. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th <br />day of August, 1990. <br />(;./ <br />Harold L. Bisel, Mayor <br />M42y G. /Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kuether, Bisel, <br />Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Neal was absent. <br />Whereas the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
