Council member Reinert introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER 68-90 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE WEST <br />CENTRAL TRUNK CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE DEDICATED PARK FUND <br />FOR TREE RESTITUTION AND LANDSCAPING FOR SUNRISE PARK. <br />WHEREAS, $12,561.04 needs to be transferred from the West <br />Central Trunk Construction fund to the Dedicated <br />Park fund to pay for restitution for tree removal in <br />Sunrise Park due to West Central Trunk construction <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, $6,000.00 needs to be transferred from the West <br />Central Trunk Construction fund to the Dedicated <br />Park fund to pay for landscaping necessary for the <br />Glenview Drive Area and the West Central Trunk Lift <br />Station. <br />NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, hereby does approve the transfer of <br />$18,561.04 out of the West Central Trunk Construction Fund <br />into the Dedicated Park Fund. <br />Adopted by the Council this 27th day <br />ugust, 1990 <br />Harold L.
