Council Member Reinert introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76 — 90 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF A <br />PORTION OF CERTAIN DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS DEDICATED <br />BY MARGARET STRAUSS, DOCUMENT NO. 855598 <br />WHEREAS: the City of Lino Lakes has a drainage and utility <br />easement over property previously owned by Margaret <br />G. Strauss, granted to the City of Lino Lakes by <br />easement dated April 18, 1989, recorded July 3, <br />1989 as Document No. 855598, and <br />WHEREAS: it has been determined that because of easements <br />dedicated in the plat of PARKVIEW ESTATES that the <br />easement granted by Margaret G. Strauss listed <br />above be vacated. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />that a public haring be set for Monday, December 10, <br />1990, 7:15 P.M. to consider vacating the above described <br />easement. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of November, 1990. <br />yn <br />Harold L.
