Reinert <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7 7 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT OF <br />CHOMONIX AREA TRUNK SEWER <br />WHEREAS: it is proposed to construct a gravity trunk sewer line from the intersection of <br />Birch Street and West Shadow Lake Drive to the Laurene Avenue lift station <br />and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Lino Lakes <br />City Charter, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Darrell Schneider, Toltz, King, <br />�.. Duvall, Anderson and Associates for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary as <br />to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and <br />the estimated cost of the improvement as reconunended. <br />t� <br />Adopted by the Council this /3 day of `IZ ezi ,1990. <br />L-171 A <br />Marilyn G.
