Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON THE 66TH <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on <br />August 13, 1990 with reference to the 66th Street <br />improvement and this report was received by the Council <br />on December 10, 1990. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of the 66th <br />Street in accordance with the report and assessment of <br />benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an <br />estimated total cost of the improvement of $160,600.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 14th day of January, 1991 in the <br />council chambers at the city hall, 1189 Main Street <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota at 7:15 P.M. and the Clerk shall <br />give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvements as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of December, <br />1990. <br />Harold L. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, <br />Bisel, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Reinert was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
