Council Member Kuether moved to introduce the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING FOR VACATION OF FOX ROAD, <br />COLONIAL WOODS SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS: the previously platted Fox Road in the Colonial Woods <br />subdivision is not needed as part of the street system in <br />the City of Lino Lakes and will not connect to any other <br />city or county road, and <br />WHEREAS: this proposed vacation has been reviewed by the City <br />Engineer, City Planner and the Public Works Director and <br />no adverse future problems were noted, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />that a public hearing be set for Monday, February 11, 1991 at <br />7:15 P.M. to consider the vacation of the platted street, Fox <br />Road. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of January, 1991. <br />X�p <br />Harold L. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Bisel, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None, Mr. Bohjanen was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
