Council Member Reinert <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />RESHANAU LAKE TRUNK SEWER IMPROVEMENT. <br />WHEREAS: pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted on <br />November 13, 1990 a report has been prepared by the City <br />Engineer with reference to the Reshanau Lake Trunk Sewer <br />Improvement and this report was received on December 10, <br />1990. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />Mr. Darrell Schneider of TKDA is hereby designated as the <br />Engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans <br />and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Council this 14th day of January, 1991. <br />Harold L. Bisel, Mayor <br />a i yn . Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, <br />Bisel. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Bohjanen was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
