Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING REVISION OF THE CURRENT ASSESSMENT POLICY. <br />WHEREAS: The City of Lino Lakes is governed by Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429 - Local Improvement and Special Assessments <br />and the City Charter when preparing assessments, and <br />WHEREAS: The current Assessment Policy outlined in the Public <br />Improvement Financing Policy does not consider street <br />right-of-way acreage to be assessable acreage, and <br />WHEREAS: The current Assessment Policy does not provide the <br />revenue return to complete trunk facilities, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />The current Assessment Policy outlined in the Public <br />Improvement Financing Policy be revised to include street <br />right-of-way acreage as assessable acreage. <br />Adopted by the Council this 14th day of January, 1991. <br />Harold L. Bisel, Mayor <br />LI <br />1,a1l <br />aMarilyn/G.'Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Reinert and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Bisel, <br />Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Bohjanen was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
