Council Member Reinert <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION TO CONSTRUCT A TEMPORARY WEIR AT THE OUTLET OF THE <br />SECTION 18 AND 19 DRAINAGE AREA. <br />WHEREAS; <br />WHEREAS; <br />WHEREAS; <br />WHEREAS; <br />drainage <br />The City of Lino Lakes has prepared a comprehensive <br />drainage plan for Section 18 and 19 drainage area which <br />includes an outlet control structure at the outlet of the <br />drainage area into Rice Lake, <br />It was the intent of the City of Lino Lakes to install an <br />outlet control structure at this location when the Lake <br />Drive/T.H. 49 intersection realignment construction was <br />completed, <br />Construction of the Lake Drive/T.H. 49 intersection <br />realignment is not expected to be completed until the end <br />of 1991 construction season, <br />The Rice Creek Watershed District has expressed concerns <br />about the outlet control structure not being constructed <br />and the increased storm water runoff entering the <br />area due to the recent and proposed developments, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />That a temporary outlet control structure will be constructed at <br />the Section 18 and 19 drainage outlet pipe by June 1, 1991 and that <br />it will be replaced by a permanent outlet control structure as a <br />part of the completion of the Lake Drive/T.H. 49 intersection <br />realignment construction. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this llth day of February, <br />1991. <br />ilyn .
