Council Member Bohjanen <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18 — 91 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT OF SUNRISE <br />DRIVE FROM FAIRMONT DRIVE TO ELM STREET <br />WHEREAS: it is proposed to improve Sunrise Drive from Fairmont <br />Drive to Elm Street and to assess the benefitted property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 429 and the Lino <br />Lakes City Charter, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Darrell Schneider, <br />TKDA for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council <br />with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary was <br />as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />whether it should be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this llth day of March, 1991. <br />X`g. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Reinert and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Bisel, <br />Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
