Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT OF <br />WENZEL FARMS <br />WHEREAS: pursuant to resolution of the council adopted January <br />14, 1991, a report has been prepared by Darrell Schneider <br />of TKDA with reference to the improvement of Wenzel <br />Farms, and this report was received by the council on <br />March 11, 1991. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The council will consider the improvement of such Wenzel <br />Farms in accordance with the report and the assessment of <br />benefitting property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes Charter at an <br />estimated $1,404,160.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on April 8, 1991 at 7:15 P.M. and the clerk <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing <br />and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes Council on March 11, 1991. <br />Harold L. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bohjanen and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Bisel, Reinert <br />and Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether abstained. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
