Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATIONS OF PLANS FOR WENZEL FARMS <br />IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS: a certain petition requesting the improvement of Wenzel <br />Farms was duly presented to the Council on the 14th day <br />of January, 1991; and <br />WHEREAS: pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 14, <br />1991, a report has been prepared by Darrell Schneider, <br />TKDA with reference to the improvement, and this report <br />was received by the Council on March 11,1991; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The council finds and determines that said petition was signed <br />by all owners of real property in Wenzel Farms named as the <br />location of the improvement. <br />2. Darrell Schneider, TKDA is hereby designated as the engineer <br />for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Council the 11th day of March, 1991. <br />ar <br />Harold L. Bisel, ayor <br />y G. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bohjanen and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Bisel, <br />Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether <br />abstained. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
