Council Member Neal introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF RESHANAU LAKE TRUNK <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS: a resolution of the City Council adopted the <br />10th day of December, 1990 fixed a date for a <br />Council hearing on the proposed improvement of <br />Reshanau Lake Trunk Sanitary Sewer Improvement, <br />WHEREAS: ten days' mailed notice and two week's published <br />notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was <br />held thereon on the 14th day of January 14, 1991 at <br />which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, and <br />WHEREAS: a period of 60 days has elapsed after the public <br />hearing and one (1) petition has been filed against <br />the improvement as provided by in Section 8.04, <br />Subd. 1 of Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted the 10th day of December, <br />1990. <br />Adopted by the Council this 25th day •f March, 1991. <br />Haro d L. Bisel, Mayor <br />Marilyn Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:Neal, <br />Kuether, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />
