Council Member Reinert introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 33 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF SUNRISE DRIVE FROM FAIRMONT DRIVE TO ELM <br />STREET <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on <br />March 11, 1991 with reference to the improvement of <br />Sunrise Drive (Fairmont Drive to Elm Street), and <br />this report was received by the Council on April <br />22, 1991, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of Sunrise <br />Drive (Fairmont Drive to Elm Street) in accordance with <br />the report and the assessment of benefited property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvement of $75,400.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 28th day of May, 1991 in the council <br />chambers of the city hall at 7:00 P.M. and the Clerk <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing <br />and improvements as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of <br />April, 1991. <br />c <br />Harold L.
