Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 40 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON THE <br />AMELIA LAKE ESTATES IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on <br />February 11, 1991 with reference to the Amelia Lake <br />Estates Improvement and this report was received by <br />the Council on June 10, 1991, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of the Amelia <br />Lake Estates Improvement in accordance with the report <br />and the assessment of benefited property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino <br />Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $424,340.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 8th day of July, 1991 in the council <br />chambers of the city hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing <br />and improvements as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of June, <br />1991. <br />Harold L. Bisel, Mayor <br />Marilyn <br />nderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, <br />N., Kuether, Bisel, Bohjanen, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
