Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 41 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF <br />PORTION OF UTILITY EASEMENT, LOT 1, BLOCK 3, WOODRIDGE <br />ESTATES <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />Woodridge Estates is an approved subdivision within <br />the City of Lino Lakes; and <br />A 20 foot utility easement was recorded on the <br />south side of Lot 1, Block 3 of Woodridge Estates; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: A ten (10) foot utility easement is required. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />That a public hearing be set for Monday, June 24, 1991, 7:30 <br />P.M. to consider vacating ten (10) feet of the easement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of May, <br />1991. <br />Harold Mayor <br />L. Bide <br />aa y G. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Reinert and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Neal, Bisel, <br />Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member <br />Kuether was absent. <br />Whereas the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
