Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 43 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING A REPORT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF <br />SANITARY SEWER AND MUNICIPAL WATER FOR THE GORDON AND KATIE <br />ALLEN PROPERTY, 473 BIRCH STREET, LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS: pursuant to resolution the Council adopted <br />April 22, 1991, a report has been prepared <br />by Darrell Schneider, TKDA with reference to the <br />installation of sanitary sewer and municipal water <br />for the Gordon and Katie Allen property, 473 Birch <br />Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota, and this report was <br />received by the council on May 13, 1991. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of <br />installation of sanitary sewer and municipal water for <br />473 Birch Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota and the <br />assessment of the benefited property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino <br />Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $ <br />2. Mr. Gordon and Katie Allen have signed a Waiver of all <br />rights to a hearing on the conducting of a local <br />improvement which will benefit their property and <br />furthermore waived all rights to appeal under the Lino <br />Lakes City Charter and/or Minnesota Statute 429 <br />concerning the benefit of the improvement provided that <br />the assessment to be levied against their property for <br />such improvement does not exceed $9,500.00.
