Council Member Bohianen introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 44 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR <br />THE INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER AND MUNICIPAL WATER FOR <br />THE GORDON AND KATIE ALLEN PROPERTY, 473 BIRCH STREET, LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS: a certain petition requesting the installation of <br />sanitary sewer and municipal water was duly <br />presented to the Council on the 13th day of May, <br />1991; and <br />WHEREAS: pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April <br />22, 1991, a report has been prepared by Darrell <br />Schneider, TKDA with reference to the improvement, <br />and this report was received by the Council on May <br />13, 1991; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was <br />signed by all owners of real property at 473 Birch <br />Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota named as the location of <br />the improvement. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted May 13, 1991. <br />3. Darrell Schneider, TKDA is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement.
