Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 47 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON THE PINERIDGE IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS: pursuant to the Reshanau Lake Trunk Sewer Improvement now <br />in progress which relates directly to this improvement, <br />a report was generated and received by the Council on <br />May 13, 1991, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of PineRidge in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of benefitted <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $770,000.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on <br />the 10th day of June, 1991 in the council chambers of the city <br />hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br />by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of May, 1991. <br />L6e;e/ <br />Harold L. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bohjanen and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, <br />Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
