Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 48 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />PINERIDGE <br />WHEREAS: the City Council ordered the Reshanau Lake Trunk Sewer <br />improvement and this improvement will be constructed <br />through the entire length of PineRidge, and <br />WHEREAS: this improvement greatly affects the scope of the <br />PineRidge improvement resulting in a higher number <br />of lots to be served, and <br />WHEREAS: a report has been prepared with reference to the revised <br />improvement and this report was received by the City <br />Council on May 13, 1991, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. Dan Boxrud, SEH is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for <br />the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Council this 13th day of May, 1991. <br />Marilyn' G. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />Harold L. B sel, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Reinert and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bisel, Neal, <br />Kuether, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
