Council Member Bohjanen .. moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 49 - 91 RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE WATER USER RATES AND SEWER USER CHARGES WHEREAS: the Lino Lakes City Code, Section 400, Subdivision 401.26 and Section 402, Subdivision 402.14 previously established water user rates and sewer user rates, and WHEREAS: the Lino Lakes City Code Section 400, Subdivision 401.26 and Section 402, Subdivision 402.14 now requires the City Council to determine by resolution the water user rates and the sewer user rates. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. Effective July 1, 1991, the following rates will be effective: Water Water Sewer Sewer Rate User Fee Rate - Residential Rate -Commercial and Industrial $1.26 per 1,000 gallons $21.00 per REU* $38.00 per Quarter $1.80 per 1,000 Gallons $38.00 per Quarter Minimum 2 Effective January 1, 1992, the following rates will be effective: Water Water Sewer Sewer Rate Users Fee Rate - Residential Rate -Commercial & Industrial $1.33 per 1,000 gallons $22.00 per REU* $40.00 per Quarter $1.90 per 1,000 Gallons $40.00 per Quarter Minimum 3 Effective January 1, 1993, the following rates will be effective: Water Water Sewer Sewer Rate User Fee Rate - Residential Rate -Commercial & Industrial $1.40 per 1,000 gallons $23.00 per REU* $42.00 per Quarter $2.00 per 1,000 Gallons $42.00 per Quarter Minimum * REU = a residential equivalent connection: 1. Residential - a single housing unit 2. Commercial -Industrial REU = 28,000 gallons/quarter. .... Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of May, 1991.
