Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 51 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT OF SUNRISE DRIVE FROM FAIRMONT DRIVE TO ELM STREET. <br />WHEREAS: pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted on <br />March 11, 1991 a report has been prepared by the City <br />Engineer with reference to the improvement of Sunrise <br />Drive from Fairmont Drive to Elm Street and this report <br />was received on April 22, 1991. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />Mr. Darrell Schneider of TKDA is hereby designated as the <br />Engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans <br />and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Council this 28th day of May, 1991. <br />111 CV" - <br />Marilynn <br />Harold L. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Reinert and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Bisel, Reinert, <br />Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
