Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 59 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT FOR STORAGE FOR <br />WATER SYSTEM (ELEVATED WATER STORAGE FACILITY) <br />WHEREAS: it is proposed to construct an elevated water <br />storage facility and to assess the benefited <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429 and the Lino Lakes City Charter, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Darrell <br />Schneider, Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates <br />for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed advising the Council <br />in a preliminary was as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best <br />be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 24th day of June, 1991. <br />Harold L. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution wad <br />duly seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Neal, <br />Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None, Kuether was absent. <br />Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
