Council Member Reinert introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 60 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE <br />EASEMENT, LOT 1, BLOCK 3, WOODRIDGE ADDITION <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />Woodridge Estates is an approved subdivision within <br />the City of Lino Lakes; and <br />A 20 foot utility easement was recorded on the <br />south side of Lot 1, Block 3, Woodridge Addition, <br />and <br />WHEREAS: A ten 10 foot utility easement is required, <br />WHEREAS: This matter has been reviewed by the Public Works <br />Director and the City Engineer, and <br />WHEREAS: Four fifths of all the members of the Council <br />concur in this resolution, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the easement on the north <br />ten (10) feet of the south 20 feet of Lot 1, Block 3, <br />Woodridge Addition as shown on the attached map is hereby <br />vacated. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th <br />day of June, 1991. <br />L44 Jjc442 <br />Harold L. Anderson Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bohjanen and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: Neal, Bisel, Reinert, <br />Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member <br />Kuether was absent. <br />Whereas the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
