Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 62 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES SOUTH, 4TH AND 5TH <br />ADDITIONS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on <br />June 24, 1991 with reference to the improvement of <br />Reshanau Lake Estates South, 4th and 5th Additions, <br />and this report was received by the Council on July <br />8, 1991, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of Reshanau <br />Lake Estates South, 4th and 5th Additions in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of benefited property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 <br />of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total <br />cost of the improvement of $681,797.71. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 12th day of August, 1991 in the <br />council chambers of the city hall at 7:15 P.M. and the <br />Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvements as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of July, <br />1991. <br />Harold L.
