Council Member Kuether <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />STORAGE FOR WATER SYSTEM (ELEVATED WATER STORAGE FACILITY) <br />WHEREAS: pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted on <br />June 24, 1991 a report has been prepared by the City <br />Engineer with reference to the Storage for Water System <br />(Elevated Water Storage Facility) and this report w a s <br />received on July 8, 1991. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />Mr. Darrell Schneider of TKDA is hereby designated as the <br />Engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans <br />and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Council this 8th day of July, 1991. <br />l i 9 <br />Harold L. Bisel, Mayor <br />MarilynG. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Bisel, <br />Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
