Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70 — 91 <br />A RESOLUTION ADJUSTING NON-UNION CITY EMPLOYEE ANNUAL COMPENSATION <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Ways and Means Committee has reviewed the <br />recommendations of the City Administrator for all non- <br />union City employees, andc <br />a 4% cost of living adjustment has been proposed for <br />all full time employees, and <br />a merit adjustment has been considered for certain <br />personnel displaying exceptional attitude and <br />accomplishment in their position, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following attached schedule <br />be adopted, indicating compensation adjustments for all non-union <br />city employees (See attachment "A"). <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of July, 1991. <br />Harold L. Bisel, Mayor <br />riljr-A74 <br />MarilynG.'Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Bisel, <br />Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: Reinert. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
