CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71 -91 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A POLICY <br />FOR CHARGING ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS <br />TO ALL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS INCLUDING PRIVATE DEVELOPMENTS <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to recover City Administrative costs expended on all improvements <br />constructed in the City; <br />WHEREAS, these City costs include the following: <br />1. Managing the process of completing the improvements including execution of <br />contracts and identification of costs. <br />2. Managing financing for City Improvement Projects. <br />3. Managing financial guarantees from Private Developers for Improvement Projects. <br />4. Managing the Escrow Accounts for Private Developments. <br />5. Managing the Apportionment of Costs including assessment rolls with reports to <br />the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br />Resolution 4-84 is hereby rescinded. <br />The Lino Lakes City Council hereby orders that a fee of 3% of the construction cost be charged <br />to all improvement projects in the City including improvements included in Development <br />Contracts for Private Developments, to become effective with the adoption of this Resolution. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of August, 1991. <br />J <br />Marilyn 0/ Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />Harold L.
