Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON THE <br />PHEASANT HILLS PRESERVE, PHASE II IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on <br />August 26, 1991 with reference to the Pheasant <br />Hills Preserve, Phase II Improvement and this <br />report was received by the Council on August 26, <br />1991, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of the <br />Pheasant Hills Preserve, Phase II Improvement in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of <br />benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an <br />estimated total cost of the improvement of $27,000.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 23rd day of September, 1991 in the <br />council chambers of the city hall at 7:15 P.M. and the <br />Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvements as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of <br />August, 1991. <br />Le,e( <br />Harold L. Bisel, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, <br />Kuether, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
