RESOLUTION NO. 80 - 91 <br />PAGE -2- <br />Hank Weidema Excavating 610,370.06 <br />4500 - 101st Avenue North <br />Brooklyn Park, Mn. 55429 <br />S. J. Louis Construction, Inc. 630,442.06 <br />P. O. Box 1373 <br />St. Cloud, Minnesota <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Barbarossa & Son, Inc. Box <br />367, Osseo, Minnesota is the lowest <br />responsible bidder, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into the attached contract with <br />Barbarossa & Sons, Inc. Box 367, Osseo, Minnesota for <br />the improvement of the PineRidge Addition according to <br />the plans and specifications therefor approved by the <br />City Council and on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br />their bids, except that the deposits of the successful <br />bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained <br />until a contract has been signed. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of <br />August, 1991. <br />ii' .1Clerk-Treasurer <br />i fit/=l'�1 <br />arlyn de son, -Treasurer <br />Harold L. Bisel, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, <br />Reinert, Kuether, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: none, Mayor Bisel was <br />absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed. <br />
