Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 91 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK -TREASURER TO CERTIFY <br />DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER UTILITY BILLS FOR COLLECTION WITH THE <br />1991 PROPERTY TAXES <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Chapter 400, Section 401.29 and <br />Chapter 402, Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the Clerk -Treasurer <br />has prepared a list of residents who have delinquent <br />sewer or delinquent water and sewer bills to be certified <br />to the Anoka County Auditor for collection with the 1991 <br />property tax statements collectable in 1992, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of impending action was prepared on September 11, <br />1991 to be delivered to the residents, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LINO LAKES CITY COUNCIL: <br />that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, hereby does levy the following sums of money <br />collectable in the year 1992 upon the following property in <br />said City of Lino Lakes: <br />NAME & ADDRESS <br />Phi11±p_.& Beverly 0 <br />519 Arrowhead Dr±ve <br />Lino Lakes, Mn. 53014 <br />Donald C. & Maureen Klecker <br />532 Arrowhead Drive <br />Lino Lakes, Mn. 55014 <br />Cye R.
