RESOLUTION NO. 99 - 91 <br />the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, <br />with interest accrued to December 31, of the year in <br />which such payment is made. Such payment must be made <br />before October 15, or interest will be charged through <br />December 31 of the next succeeding year. <br />4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate <br />of this assessment to the County Auditor to be extended <br />on the property tax lists of the County. Such <br />assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same <br />manner as other municipal taxes. <br />5. Lot 30 and Lot 31, Otter Hills Estates will not be <br />assessed at this time. When in the future, if either <br />lot is subdivided, combined, or improved for the <br />purposes of securing building permits, the assessment <br />for the street improvement will be imposed and spread on <br />the property taxes as described in paragraph 2. The <br />amount assessed to Lot 30 and 31 will be returned to the <br />four (4) originally assessed parcels. The City Engineer <br />will determine the method of returning this assessment <br />to the four (4) originally assessed parcels. <br />Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of September; -1991. <br />itz-42-(Z <br />Harold L. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />Y <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Reinert and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, <br />Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member <br />Kuether was absent. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />PAGE 2 <br />
