Council member Bohjanen introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER 100-91 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1991 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO ACCOUNT <br />FOR THE FOLLOWING ADJUSTMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, Council approved $ 28,774.00 in <br />be disbursed as follows: <br />ADMINISTRATION <br />PLANNING -FULL TIME <br />PLANNING -PART TIME <br />POLICE -FULL TIME <br />POLICE -PART TIME RECEPT <br />BUILDING INSPECTIONS <br />PUBLIC WORKS <br />PARKS <br />TOTAL <br />8,970.00 <br />1,782.00 <br />234.00 <br />4,314.00 <br />350.00 <br />1,275.00 <br />6,303.00 <br />5,546.00 <br />$ 28,774.00 <br />salary increases to <br />(6 employees) <br />(1 employee ) <br />(1 employee ) <br />(3 employees) <br />(2 employees) <br />(1 employee ) <br />(3 employees) <br />(2 employees) <br />WHEREAS, Council approved $ 9,950.00 in merits to be <br />disbursed as follows: <br />ADMINISTRATION <br />POLICE <br />BUILDING INSPECTIONS <br />PUBLIC WORKS <br />PARKS <br />$ 3,400.00 (4 employees) <br />1,175.00 (2 employees) <br />975.00 (1 employee ) <br />2,850.00 (3 employees) <br />1,550.00 (2 employees) <br />TOTAL 9,950.00 <br />WHEREAS, an amount of $ 3,800.00 should be transferred out of <br />the salary reserve into Administration contracted service to <br />pay for contracted service for the City Finance Director per <br />the White Bear Township/City of Lino Lakes Joint Powers <br />Agreement. <br />WHEREAS, a total amount of $ 42,524.00 will be amended out <br />of the salary and personal reserve leaving a balance of <br />$ 5,878.99 within the reserve. <br />Whereas, the State of Minnesota cut City state aid by <br />$ 67,985.00. The following represents areas that have been <br />reduced/increased to reflect the state aid cut. <br />
