Council Member Neal introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 103 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF REPORT - RICE LAKE DRIVE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the installation of <br />sanitary sewer and municipal water on Rice Lake Drive, <br />filed with the Council on October 14, 1991, is hereby <br />declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br />owners of property affected thereby. This declaration <br />is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />429.035 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to Darrell Schneider, <br />Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates and he is <br />instructed to report to the Council with all convenient <br />speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 14th day of October, 1991. <br />Harold L. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />t <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Bohjanen and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Neal, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
