Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 104 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT OF <br />APOLLO DRIVE <br />WHEREAS: it is proposed to construct a municipal state aid <br />street and storm sewer, to finance a portion of the <br />cost with Municipal State Aid and County State Aid <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Lino Lakes <br />City Charter, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Darrell <br />Schneider, Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates <br />for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed advising the Council <br />in a preliminary was as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best <br />be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 12th day of November, 1991. <br />Harold L. Bise , `.yor <br />Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Neal, Kuether, Bisel, <br />Reinert, Bohjanen <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
