Council Member Reinert introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 105 - 91 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF RICE LAKE DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on <br />October 14, 1991 with reference to the improvement <br />of Rice Lake Drive, and this report was received by <br />the Council on November 25, 1991, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of Rice Lake <br />Drive in accordance with the report and the assessment <br />of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost <br />of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter <br />at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$451,265.93. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 13th day of January, 1992 in the <br />council chambers of the city hall at 7:00 P.M. and the <br />Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvements as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of <br />November, 1991. <br />Haro • L.
