CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 92 - 01 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF EASEMENT, <br />ALCOCK ESTATE <br />WHEREAS: an easement has been recorded along the very southern <br />boundary of Outlot A, Nordin Manor and over part of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to provide <br />access to a parcel deeded to Jerome T. Rosengren and Judy <br />D. Rosengren, (see Anoka County Recorder's Document No. <br />621068, and <br />WHEREAS: the Rosengren's do have access to the parcel deeded to <br />them through a parcel currently owned by the Rosengren's, <br />and <br />WHEREAS: the prospective purchaser of the parcel on which the <br />easement is recorded has requested that the easement <br />be vacated to insure the security and privacy of his <br />purchase, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />that a public hearing be set for Monday, January 27, 1992, <br />7:30 P.M. to consider vacating the easement described above. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 6th day of January, <br />1992. <br />ark <br />Vernon F.
