Council member Neal introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 04 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WRITE OFF OF UNCOLLECTABLE <br />ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE IN THE DEDICATED PARK FUND <br />WHEREAS, Ulmer Rice Lake Estates development is complete, and <br />WHEREAS, there remains a balance of $660.00 for park dedication <br />fees, and <br />WHEREAS, there is no more land available for future development, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a recommendation was made in the 1990 Audit Management <br />Report to determine the status of this receivable. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Park Dedication Fees <br />remaining for Ulmer Rice Lake Estates be written off effective <br />December 31, 1991. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 13 day of January, <br />1992. <br />Vernon F.
