Council member Neal introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 06 <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS AND CLOSING THE 1981 <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS TO THE CLOSED BOND FUND <br />WHEREAS, the bonds matured on December 1, 1991, and <br />WHEREAS, there remains a cash balance, and <br />WHEREAS, the Closed Bond Fund is designated for remaining balances <br />of matured bond issues. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be made <br />effective December 31, 1991. <br />INCREASE DECREASE <br />Closed Bond Fund (501) Remaining Balance <br />Improvement Bonds 1981 (507) (Remaining Balance) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 13th day of January, <br />1992. <br />Vernon F. Reinert - Mayor <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Cierk Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, <br />Reinert, Elliott. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted: <br />(E) - Denotes estimated levy amount <br />
