Council member Neal introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 09 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES TO <br />THE IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1983 AND THE SAC REVOLVING <br />FUND TO CLOSE THE 1983 CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />WHEREAS, construction is complete for installation of service lines <br />to the Baldwin Lake Mobile Home Court, and <br />WHEREAS, there remains <br />Fund, and <br />a cash balance in the 1983 Construction <br />WHEREAS, $24,404 is designated for <br />Commission SAC charges, and <br />WHEREAS, a recommendation was made <br />Report to close this fund. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be made <br />retroactive to December 31, 1991. <br />Metropolitan Waste Control <br />in the 1990 Audit Management <br />Improvement Bonds of 1983 (510) <br />SAC Revolving Fund (502) <br />1983 Construction Fund (560) <br />INCREASE DECREASE <br />$26,740.04 <br />$24,404.00 <br />($51,144.04) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 13th day of January, <br />1992. <br />Vernon F.
