Council member Neal introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-11 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES INTO <br />THE 1988 TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BONDS FROM THE <br />1988B CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />WHEREAS, the 1988 Temporary Improvement Bonds matured on October 1, <br />1991, and <br />WHEREAS, construction is complete but paving for the South Reshanau <br />Lake Estates 2nd Addition, and <br />WHEREAS, $20,000 will remain in the 1988B Construction fund until <br />the paving is complete, and <br />WHEREAS, this recommendation comes from the 1990 Audit Management <br />Report. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be made <br />retroactive to December 31, 1991. <br />INCREASE DECREASE <br />1988 Temporary Improvement Bonds (516) $70,657.09 <br />1988B Construction Fund (566) ($70,657.09) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 13th day of January <br />1992. <br />Vernon F.
