Council member Neal introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 12 <br />RESOLUTION CLOSING THE 1988B TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT <br />BONDS INTO THE 1991A IMPROVEMENT BONDS <br />WHEREAS, the 1991A Improvement Bonds were sold to finance the 1988B <br />Temporary Improvement Bonds, and <br />WHEREAS, there remains a balance in the 1988B Temporary Improvement <br />Bonds. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be made <br />effective December 31, 1991. <br />INCREASE DECREASE <br />1991A Improvement Bonds (520) Remaining Balance <br />1988B Temporary Improvement Bonds (516) (Remaining Balance) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 13th day of January, <br />1992. <br />Marily <br />Vernon F.
