Council member Neal <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 16 <br />introduced the <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES <br />FROM THE 1989 CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE <br />1989 TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BONDS AND <br />AREA AND CONNECTION FUND <br />WHEREAS, Reshanau Lake Estates Phase 2B has been assessed and <br />certified, and <br />WHEREAS, prepaid assessments were coded to the 1989 Construction <br />Fund in previous years, and <br />WHEREAS, these prepayments should be coded to the 1989 Temporary <br />Improvement Bonds and the Area And Connection Fund. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be made <br />effective December 31, 1991. <br />1989 Construction Fund (567) <br />1989 Temp. Improve. Bonds (517) <br />Area and Connection Fund (406) <br />INCREASE DECREASE <br />$81,989 <br />$29,842 <br />$111,831 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this th day of January, <br />1992. <br />Vernon F.
