Council member Neal introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER 92-19 <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM CERTAIN CONSTRUCTION FUNDS <br />TO GENERAL FUND FOR ADMINISTRATION. <br />WHEREAS, the following projects will be charged a fee for <br />administration per resolution 84-04, of which these <br />proceeds will be credited to the general fund: <br />PROJECT NAME <br />2nd Avenue Phase 2 <br />Reshanau Park Estates <br />ADMIN FEE <br />15,412.34 <br />5,052.00 <br />TOTAL ADMINISTRATION FEE $ 20,464.34 <br />Transfer from <br />Fund 569 <br />Fund 803 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfers be <br />made retroactively to December 1991. <br />Passed the 27th <br />day of January <br />, 1992. <br />Vernon F.
