Council Member Kuether <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 33 <br />RESOLUTION INITIATING IMPROVEMENT PROCEDURE, COUNTY ROAD J (ASH <br />STREET FROM HODGSON ROAD WEST TO ROYAL OAKS ROAD) <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County proposes to improve County Road J from <br />Hodgson Road to Royal Oaks Drive and to assess the City <br />of Lino Lakes $41,900.00 for a portion of the <br />construction of concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer <br />improvements and walkway, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes proposes to assess the cost of <br />construction and other related costs to the benefitted <br />property owners, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429 and the Lino Lakes City Charter, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />that the proposed improvement be taken under advisement for study <br />and determine whether the improvement should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of March, 1992. <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, <br />Elliott. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
