Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 37 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF BLACK DUCK ESTATES, <br />FIRST ADDITION <br />WHEREAS: there have been recognized soil and water problems in the <br />area, and <br />WHEREAS: the CORP of Army Engineer's (CORP) has jurisdiction over <br />many of the wetland areas, and <br />WHEREAS: this portion of this area was previously considered to be <br />a Lakes Addition, and <br />WHEREAS: it is necessary to extend a park trail system through the <br />area, <br />WHEREAS: there are existing sewer and water utilities available to <br />the site, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Lino Lakes City Council, that <br />these matters have been fully addressed in the design of the <br />proposed preliminary plat, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the preliminary plat of Black Duck <br />Estates, First Addition be approved as submitted by the City <br />Engineer. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City council this 9th day of March, 1992. <br />�-y- <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, <br />Reinert, Elliott. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
